Now this has been the most intense and insane week of my musical life completing this song. It’s taken 4 days to do the music and 2 days to film the video.
I do not profess to be good at any instrument but I can get by, I’m in no way a lead guitar player but somehow I’ve taught myself and been able to play all the solos (with most of the notes still in the right place lol).
This song came about after having coffee with a friend a few weeks ago and this came on the stereo and I said to her I wish I could play like that and she said well I think you should try. So thanks Jacky I have and this is the result.
David Gilmour is an amazing vocalist and guitarist and to be fair he’s my fave all time guitarist as I’m a big prog head at heart. So it was an honour to be able to do this song. Recorded on GarageBand in May 2021, filmed and edited in iMovie.
